What you’ll do (the role)
Summary
We’re looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented People & Culture Operations and Talent Specialist to join our global HR team. In this role, you will provide high-quality support across the employee lifecycle, with a core focus on managing payroll across multiple countries and delivering exceptional talent acquisition outcomes - giving you the opportunity to help shape our workforce while making a meaningful impact on our employee experience.
Responsibilities of the Role
- Payroll operations across APAC countries in a smooth manner by ensuring activities are undertaken to adhere to committed deadlines, compliance and tax obligations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies when required.
- Use data insights to continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
- Assist in developing and implementing People & Culture initiatives, policies, and procedures, contributing to employee engagement activities, surveys, and wellbeing programs.
- Work closely with P&C Business Partners, P&C Operations, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to resolve queries and ensure seamless employee experience.

Experience & Knowledge Required
- Proven experience as HR generalist with strong knowledge of payroll (ideally across multiple countries APAC), workplace legislation and HR best practices
- Proven ability to deliver recruitment outcomes across diverse functions and geographies
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems; advanced Excel skills desirable
- Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment tools
- Knowledge of SAP Success Factors would also be a significant advantage
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment best practices and a passion for supporting the business in making great hiring decisions.
- Working knowledge of payroll, HR policies, employee relations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
Education Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related majors, or equivalent experience
