What You’ll do
As FP&A Manager your role will support in producing the analysis for strategic decision making and be responsible for business partnering with the budget holders and senior leadership to provide accurate and enhanced information in support of business objectives.  
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
•    Make a significant contribution to delivery of a “best in class” finance FP&A function to support the rapid growth of the organisation
•    Manage local finance teams to deliver the FP&A requirements against the regular Forecasting cycle and monthly/quarterly reporting 
•    Be the regional lead for all FP&A related matters, linking across finance and the business to support the requirements of the global FP&A team
•    Partnering across the business deepen commercial understanding of key regional projects to support the drive of increasing understanding of regional forecasts
•    Provide the review and challenge of business submissions across the core FP&A processes (forecasting, reporting) to ensure that key drivers of value are understood
•    Act as regional lead for process management and improvement and champion Group initiatives at a regional level
•    Champion and enhance analytics toolkits to support the regional management teams in improving their access to business analytics
•    Alongside Global FP&A team help deliver systemization and automation of Group FP&A processes 
•    Prepare, analyse and interpret financial information for reporting to the Executive Management and Board, including risk scenarios and sensitivities

Who we’re looking for      
EXPERIENCE 
•    Accountant with minimum of 3 to 5 years experience
•    Creative problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex data with succinct and thought provoking analysis
•    Ability and willingness to transition from the high level into the detail to deepen insight
•    Strong mindset to continuous improvement and ability to leverage systems and data analytics tool suite (e.g. PowerBI) to improve commercial insights
•    Collaborative can-do attitude and ability to work in fluid situations
•    Experience and knowledge of capital allocation techniques
•    Understanding of US Tax Equity accounting would be advantageous
•    Previous experience working for an International, complex business

PERSONAL/WORK SKILLS
•    Ability to organise workload and prioritise to deliver key objectives
•    Have a demonstrated passion for continuous improvement to deliver insight and analytics to senior leaders
•    Clear presentation and communication skills with the ability to interact at all layers of the organisation
•    Flexible approach in a fast-paced business which is constantly changing
•    Excellent attention to detail and a keen problem solver
•    Demonstrate excellent MS Excel skills and skills in data analytic tool kits (i.e. Power BI, Sap Analytics Cloud)
•    Strong communication and relationship building skills and track record of working internationally
•    Curiosity to understand and challenge the business to drive value creation
•    Technically strong and experience in using ERP system (preferably SAP s4 hana)
